Short version: Chefino does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. Everything you enter — your profile, meal log, weekly plan, shopping list, and recipe notes — is stored only on your device. There is no account, no login, and no analytics or advertising tracking in this app.
Chefino ("the app", "we", "us") is an iOS application that provides athlete-focused meal recipes, nutrition planning, and cooking guidance. This policy explains what happens to information when you use the app.

Chefino works without an account. The information you provide is saved locally on your iPhone or iPad using Apple's standard on-device storage, and is not uploaded to us or to any server we control. This includes:
We cannot see this information. It stays on your device, and it is included in your device backups only if you have enabled iCloud or local backups in iOS settings — those backups are controlled by Apple and by your own settings, not by us.
Chefino does not request, access, or collect:
The app contains no third-party advertising and no analytics or behavioural tracking software.
Chefino offers an optional premium subscription. Payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store — we never see or handle your payment card details.
To determine whether your subscription is active, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription management service. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated, anonymous identifier together with purchase and device information (such as transaction receipts, subscription status, device model, and operating system version). This data is used only to validate and restore purchases. It is not linked to your name or to any personal profile.

The information stored on your device is used solely to operate the features you asked for: personalising recipe suggestions to your goals and dietary preferences, calculating portions, building your weekly plan and shopping list, and remembering the recipes you have cooked. It is never used for advertising or profiling, and it is never sold or shared.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (European Union / United Kingdom) or the CCPA (California) to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Since Chefino stores your information locally and does not maintain user accounts, most of these rights are exercised directly on your device. For anything relating to purchase data, contact us at ultrest12@gmail.com. We do not sell personal information, and we have never done so.
Chefino is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can address it.

It is not medical or dietary advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian. Always check recipe ingredients yourself if you have allergies or specific medical needs.
We may update this policy if the app changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
