ScannerFit (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an ad-supported mobile app that lets you scan documents and export high‑quality PDFs. We do not require an account and we do not store your documents on our servers.

Information We Handle

On-device content. Scans and PDFs are created and kept on your device unless you choose to share or back them up using third‑party services.
Diagnostics. The app may collect basic crash logs or performance data provided by the operating system to improve stability.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob and its partners may collect device identifiers (e.g., IDFA/AAID), coarse location, and app interaction for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. In the European Economic Area (EEA), we request consent using a standard consent dialog.

Tracking/Choices

ATT (iOS). On iOS, you can allow or deny tracking in the system prompt. You can also change this later in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Personalized Ads. Where supported, you can opt out of personalized ads or withdraw consent from the app’s consent dialog.

Children’s Privacy

ScannerFit is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Retention

We do not store your documents on our servers. Ad partners may retain data according to their own policies.

Security

We use standard security measures appropriate for a consumer mobile app. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Third‑Party Links

Our app may link to or integrate with third‑party services (e.g., share destinations). Your use of those services is governed by their respective policies.
