SleepEcho helps users track snoring sessions, review sleep-related summaries, and listen to saved snore clips. This Privacy Policy explains how SleepEcho handles information when you use the app.

Information We Collect

SleepEcho does not require you to create an account. The app may process the following information on your device:

• Microphone audio while a tracking session is active.
• Snore session information, such as session duration, snore count, estimated decibel levels, and snore score.
• Short audio clips saved by the app when snoring is detected.
• App settings, such as microphone permission state, onboarding state, and sensitivity level.

Microphone and Audio Recordings

SleepEcho uses microphone access only while a tracking session is active. Audio clips and session summaries are stored locally on your device. SleepEcho does not upload your audio recordings to our servers.

You can choose to share an audio clip using the iOS share sheet. When you share a clip, the selected destination is controlled by you and by the third-party app or service you choose.

Purchases and Subscriptions

SleepEcho offers optional premium subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Purchases, subscription status, and entitlement information may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Third-Party Services

SleepEcho uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status and premium access. RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, subscription status, product identifiers, and related technical information needed to validate purchases.

Analytics and Advertising

SleepEcho does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not sell your personal information. If analytics or crash reporting is added in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated.

Data Storage and Retention

Session data and audio clips are stored on your device unless you delete them or uninstall the app. You can delete saved sessions in the app. Uninstalling the app may remove locally stored app data according to iOS behavior.

Children's Privacy

SleepEcho is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Medical Disclaimer

SleepEcho is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Your Choices

• You can disable microphone access in iOS Settings.
• You can delete saved sessions in the app.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
