When contacting support, please include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue.
Microphone Permission
SleepEcho needs microphone access to track snoring. If tracking does not start, open iOS Settings, find SleepEcho, and make sure Microphone access is enabled.
Audio Clips
SleepEcho saves short audio clips only when snoring is detected. If you do not see clips for a session, the app may not have detected snoring above the selected sensitivity threshold, or the session may contain duration-only events.
Subscriptions
SleepEcho subscriptions are managed through Apple. To manage or cancel a subscription, open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, then tap Subscriptions.
Restore Purchases
If your premium access is not visible after reinstalling the app, open SleepEcho settings and tap Restore Purchases.
