These Terms of Use govern your use of SleepEcho. By downloading, accessing, or using SleepEcho, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

SleepEcho helps you track snoring sessions, view sleep-related summaries, and listen to saved snore clips. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Not Medical Advice

SleepEcho is provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or medical condition. Do not rely on SleepEcho as a substitute for professional medical advice. If you are concerned about snoring, breathing, sleep quality, or any health condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Microphone Use and Recordings

You are responsible for using SleepEcho in a lawful and respectful manner, including when recording audio in your environment. Depending on where you live, laws may restrict recording conversations or other people. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws.

Subscriptions

SleepEcho may offer optional premium subscriptions, including monthly or yearly plans. Subscription features may include expanded history, access to more audio clips, and other premium functionality.

Payment is charged through your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Free trials, if offered, may convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies and must be requested through Apple.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of SleepEcho at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Intellectual Property

SleepEcho, including its design, software, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by its developer or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the app except as allowed by law or by Apple platform rules.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SleepEcho is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. Sound detection and snore estimates may vary depending on device placement, room noise, microphone performance, and other conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, health outcomes, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of SleepEcho.

Apple Terms

If you downloaded SleepEcho from the App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's App Store terms and applicable Apple media services terms. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for SleepEcho.
